张雨桥,男,工学博士,2012年毕业于济南大学,获工学学士学位;2015年毕业于北京科技大学,获工学硕士学位;2019年毕业于北海道大学,获工学博士学位,随后以JSPS特别研究员身份继续在北海道大学电子科学研究所从事博士后研究。研究领域主要包括高质量单晶外延薄膜制备技术,热电材料和透明氧化物半导体等,在Nature Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., J. Mater. Chem. A, Adv. Electron. Mater., Adv. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys.等杂志发表学术论文19篇,授权专利4项。
