Ooi Wanmei is the administrative chief officer of Institute of Quantum and Sustainable Technology, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Jiangsu University. She functions as a liaison between the centre's director and the administration of Jiangsu University as well as the personnels of the centre. She also assists with exchanges and coordination of the arrival of incoming visitors and periods abroad of the centre's personnel.
