Sun Tao

Sun Tao joined the School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering at Jiangsu University as a Jinshan Young Professor since 2022. He received his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. Subsequently, he joined the Nanyang Technological University as an research fellow under the supervision of Zhang Qichun and Fan Hong Jin between 2019-2021. His research interests focus on developing new materials for battery applications, placing emphasis on investigating the reaction mechanism of high-performance organic electrode materials for both lithium- and non-lithium-based batteries. He has published 18 articles in prestigious international journals including Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy. Mater. Chem, Joule, Energy Storage Mater., etc. Among the published papers, 5 of them were selected as ESI highly cited papers.
