Zhang Yuqiao is a specially appointed professor of Institute of Quantum and Sustainable Technology (IQST) at University of Jiangsu (UJS) since 2021. He received his B.S. degree in materials science and engineering from University of Jinan (UJN) in 2012, M.S. degree in materials science and engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in 2015, and Ph.D degree in Electronics for Informatics from Hokkaido University (Japan) in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Research Institute for Electronic Science at Hokkaido University under JSPS Postdoc Fellowship. His research interests including advanced fabrication technics of epitaxial thin films and superlattices, thermoelectrics, and transparent oxide semiconductors. He has published 17 scientific papers and 1 book on international journals, includes Nature Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., J. Mater. Chem. A, Adv. Electron. Mater., Adv. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., etc.
