Yang Qian


Qian Yang received her master degree in chemical science and engineering from Hokkaido University (Japan) in 2019, and Ph.D degree in Electronics for Informatics from Hokkaido University in 2022 under JSPS Fellowship. Her research interests include advanced fabrication technics of high quality epitaxial thin films, topotactic phase transition materials, electrochemical redox and protonation, and solid-state thermal transistor. She has published 8 scientific papers and 1 patent. In 2022, she received the "Dean's Award" and the "Otsuka Memorial Award" from Hokkaido University.
